MindPad is an experimental test service. Do not use it for sensitive, confidential, secret, or private personal content.

1. Invitation-only test
MindPad is available only to selected test users. Your account is personal. Keep its password private and tell the administrator promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Experimental service
The service may change, stop, lose availability, or contain defects. Autosaving on window close is best-effort and cannot be guaranteed by every browser or network. Keep independent exports of anything you cannot afford to lose.
3. Content and administrator access
You retain your rights in content you enter, remain responsible for it, and must have the right to use it. You permit the service owner and its hosting and AI providers to host, process, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve this test. The owner and authorized technical administrators can access stored documents, revisions, and diagnostic records for those purposes. Do not store material that requires secrecy or that you are not permitted to disclose to the service and its providers.
4. AI output
AI insights can be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable, or surprising. They are suggestions, not professional advice. Review every proposed change before applying it and verify important facts independently.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, upload unlawful content, infringe another person's rights, or use the test in a way that creates unreasonable technical or legal risk.
6. Suspension and ending the test
The administrator may suspend an account or end the test to protect users, investigate misuse, perform maintenance, or discontinue the experiment. You may stop using MindPad and ask the administrator to delete your account data, subject to backup cycles and legal retention duties.
7. Privacy and changes
The privacy notice explains data handling and is part of these terms. The terms may change as the test develops. A new version may require a fresh acknowledgment.
